From AI Adoption to Workflow Integration

A global forum of practitioners and researchers exploring how AI is transforming negotiation, mediation and diplomacy.

Why this Forum

AI is entering negotiation and diplomacy at high speed.

The promise of greater efficiency is compelling. But what happens to human judgement, critical reflexion and negotiation experience as AI becomes embedded in professional practice?

Are negotiators, mediators and diplomats ready for the AI transformation?

The AI Negotiation Forum 2027 brings together practitioners and researchers to examine how the growing integration of AI is reshaping negotiation, mediation and diplomacy.

Building on the 2026 Forum, the second edition combines global research, practitioner consultation and collective discussion to understand what is changing in practice — and what this means for the future of the craft.
